Life's a Beach!!

Our song for the week was Zac Brown's Toes:

TJ and I went to Destin, FL with our friends Sue and Chad. We stayed at an amazing resort that was just a short walk to the beach everyday. The weather was perfect except for one day it was a little cloudy in the morning. The evening got down in the mid 70's which is a huge difference from this TX weather.

We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach. However, the boys did squeeze in a couple of rounds of golf at our resort and Emerald Bay Resort. While the boys were away, the girls enjoyed a day unwinding at a spa with a massage and then did a little shopping.

We tried a lot of great restaurants some friends recommened. Our goal for the week was to not eat at chain restaurants while we were there. We succeeded, and had some incredible food!!!

We can't wait to go back!! I miss the sights and sounds of the ocean already!!
