Nephews Sleep Over

TJ and I were happy to watch two of our nephews while Mommy & Daddy had some much needed time out. I was kinda nervous about it because both boys had been sick and were on a lot of medicine. My sister was thoughtful enough to write it all out for me. It took up two pages!! We even had to get up every four hours at night to give Carson medicine. I'm happy to say we survived!!

When they got here we took a walk down to the park. Carson had never been able to play on the playground before since he only recently started walking. He loved the slide.

TJ was having just as much fun as Jase, although the slides just weren't quite big enough for him.

Big brother Jase also entertained himself by throwing the stuff that was around the playground set at TJ. Probably not the best example to set for the other kids at the park, but hey, we are the aunt and uncle.

After the park we went for pizza and only had one spilled drink. Then it was off to Wal-mart for a few things before heading to Toys-R-Us. We usually let the boys pick out a toy and keep it at our house so they will have something to play with when they are visiting. At Wal-mart they both got a ball and at Toys-R-Us Carson got a tow truck and Jase (and TJ) got Nerf guns. I'm pretty sure TJ did Jase's picking.

Jase was a little wound up

The next morning TJ let me sleep a little and got the boys up and fed. Jase found our dogs' inside crate, which he thought made a pretty good tent. So he watched his morning cartoons in the dog crate (aka his tent).

We love it when the boys come for a visit. Next time we hope to take them to the Children's Museum.
